We were about to leave when a nice worker there told me to pull around the side. They checked my tires which were all low due to weather change and aired them all up with no charge! About three different men assisted me (I wish I knew their names). They were all so kind and hard-working. If I lived in Kosciusko, I would take my car to central tire any time. I called and Billy answered right away, told him the situation and where they were located. No hesitation at all when I told him the mile marker and what my location sharing app was telling me, which didn't look close to their shop or any town. Billy quickly said "sending someone now, we'll take care of them, tell them to hang tight and we're on our way, don't you worry, we'll take care of them, they will be alright." When it comes to service, I know that there's a third generation in the shop and knowledgeable mechanics on duty. Ms Amber always tries to help get us squeezed into the schedule. We know that their family is taking care of ours and that's worth more than gold. If you need a new fridge, tires, a flat fixed, oil change or any other number of things, go see them. They will treat you so many ways, you're bound to like at least one of them! And! They have a COMFY waiting area - not your typical hard chairs. Walmart didnt have my unusual tire size and they recomended them. The Exon tire shop recomended them too. I really didnt have a choice, and I'm lucky I found them. They were extremely nice and professional. The prices were fantastic, less expensive than back home. They explained what happened with the unusual ware on my tire and an alignment as well in record time. We were back on our way for what I consider a bargain! His behavior was the epitome of unprofessionalism and condescension. From the start, Terry repeatedly cut my sentences, refusing to let me speak fully. He addressed me with an intolerable air of superiority, deliberately speaking down to me as though I lacked basic intelligence or understanding of my own inquiry. This relentless interruption even carried over into the simple task of taking down my address on a form. While my immediate instinct was to walk out, I chose to maintain my composure to avoid escalation and because of my tight schedule. What made the experience truly egregious was observing Terry's interactions with others while I waited for my vehicle. He treated every other patron with genuine kindness and grace, yet reserved an explicitly bitter, hostile demeanor solely for me. If there was any saving grace, it was the rest of the staff, who were significantly more welcoming. In particular, I am incredibly grateful to the technician who serviced my vehicle and spoke with me after this incident; his professionalism and courtesy represent exactly how one should conduct themselves in a customer-facing role. Terry, however, is a massive liability to this business. If I could give it no stars, I would give it a F no.
