Purchase an expensive gold coloured leather handbag , on getting home first time using it the "gold" came off left a patchy bag and flakes over my clothes. Contacted Megri who asked me to return it which I did using tracked Royal Mail but they wouldn't accept delivery so it came back to me, and Megri decided they wouldn't do anything. Used credit card charge back which was eventually successful but during this process someone from Megri stated that they are only a restaurant and didn't sell leather goods, I was able to disprove this. Ibrahim Zingal is the owner and always greets returning customers with a very warm welcome. They have Hermes, Chanel and Louis Vuittion, as well as just about every other accessory in leather. I bought a beautiful Mulberry Anthony bag earlier this year it is a very beautiful natural tan which has been my favourite all Summer it is compact but stops me carting around to much junk and since I can wear it across my body it saves my shoulder. On my last visit I bought a lovely Botega Veneta black leather clutch bag for my little cuz's birthday she was very impressed with the quality,look and feel of the souper soft leather. I bought a leather bag from Megri Leather last year. It was not cheap, but considerably cheaper than the virtual equivalent in the UK (even if it was in a 70% sale). I have purchased several bags of this type from high end shops in the UK over the years and definitely an experienced purchaser of these type of bags In my opinion, the quality is 10/10. I have since compared it to one in an upmarket shop in the UK and I personally really could not see any difference between the two. I would not hesitate personally to purchase again from Megri. read more

I have 2 bags from this shop, one suede mulberry and it's still beautiful after 4 years also one Hermes birkin bag which everyone back home comments on!
