I went for a "thorough" check and clean as he requested today and within the hour after the appointment i discovered a massive hole in a tooth that wasn't there before. I had mentioned multiple times that my teeth are fragile but he just ignored me.

I visited this dental clinic since its first day of business in Bella Vista…read more I saw Dr Daniel last week who is one of the directors I believe who knew me but soon as I sat on the chair for check up, the remarks I received from him were: - oh, you have been in for check up after so long - many letters were sent! but no check up! He didnt give me a moment to speak, he was rude and extremely rough and the whole checking and cleaning was extremely painful. I was in pain and his remarks I quote 'this what happens when you dont visit'. This man has no value for people he is simply money minded as he was so rough rude and rushed to see other people. This is what money does to some greedy people as this person was completely different when he first opened his clinic he was humble and very caring. My advise to you all is never to visit these kind of clinics where you pay so much and poorly treated. Daniel, money is not everthing mate. I just hope your other business partner Peter is not like you. I am extremely disappointed.
