I tried showing her the app with the confirmation number she got even more annoyed and said; "Again, I have NOTHING for you". When I asked for the managers number she yelled at me "GOOGLE IT". This woman should have maybe chosen a career path other than customer service as she's not helpful or polite. Avoid this location at all costs unless you like being yelled at and treated rudely.

There was no writing/sign in front of the lottery tickets that said they don't accept credit/check, which if businesses don't, they always have a sign. He says, "I don't need a sign in it's the book." You mean the 'book' that no customers get to see meaning you get to just spew random lies? No, that's not how it works. So my point is he was making it up and just didn't want to sell me lottery tickets. If it your store policy, put up a sign and don't lie and make a fool out of yourself. With the review of him stalking a customer for stealing when that customer was just reading labels, sounds to me like the Better Business Bureau, and 7-11's corporate offices should hear about this.
