I have had to call and make a formal complaint as this has happened with medication that could cause serious injury or death. Luckily I caught the mistakes right away. The female pharmacist that I have worked with is always frazzled which probably explains all the mistakes. I love Walgreens and have been using them for my prescriptions for years. Great staff and friendly customer service. The staff was very polite and courteous. The one downside is that it is slightly dirty both on the interior and the exterior.
