Our experience with this business was a living nightmare. We would constantly call in maintenance…read moreissues, but to no avail. Leaking faucets, but ZERO water pressure in other areas. For nearly two years we had to get water from the spout in the tub just to wash dishes. The apt we rented boasted an on-site wash and dryer which made us choose this location specifically. A week after moving in our, neighbor told us that the dryer never works. It wasn't until I told the property OWNER that our 83 year-old neighbor was struggling to get to the laundromat in sub-zero weather and that thier negligence was unacceptable, that they came and fixed it. I spent out-of-pocket to fix things they couldn't bother to fix, and I regretfully never sent them invoices for them. However, they will fight you tooth and nail to keep your rental deposit even if you left the apt in better shape than you recieved it. I wish I found a review like this before we rented through this business.
