I had a really disappointing experience here. I came in for a Brazilian blowout, and it lasted less…read morethan a month. To make matters even worse I also had extensions installed by the owner, Odette, and the process was very concerning. There was excessive glue used, which spread throughout my hair and was difficult to remove Which caused a lot of my hair to fall out! I had to come back to have it fixed, and the replacement hair I purchased at the salon was poor quality, including pieces with a plastic backing. The beaded weft installation was very uncomfortable the beads were tightened so much that my scalp was extremely sore and even started bleeding. The entire process took around six hours to install 2 rows (which takes normally 1 hr to complete) while multiple other clients were being handled at the same time, which felt rushed and unprofessional. Overall, this experience left my hair and scalp in worse condition, and I would not recommend this salon. This place should honestly be closed down.

I cannot say enough good things about this salon and Jennifer!!…read more I requested a same day appointment as I had botched hair extensions put in at another salon the day before. Jennifer agreed to accommodate me and even stayed after hours to work on me. She assessed my hair and decided what to do (we ended up removing 50% of the extensions -- the previous salon had added too much hair so she could charge me for more hair, which was one of the reasons I ended up looking like I was wearing a wig). Jennifer cut the width of the extensions and replaced them at the most natural position for my head shape, and blended everything together seamlessly. Jennifer, you are amazing!!! Thank you so much.
