Multiple emails and phone calls requesting updates on our case and an itemized accounting of the retainer went unanswered. We repeatedly tried to reach the office, but phone calls were not returned. We also attempted to visit the office in person and found that no one was available. On several occasions the office appeared closed or the door was locked during normal business hours. Our case involved the wellbeing of children, and time was critical. Despite that urgency, we received no meaningful updates about what work had been completed or what actions had been taken on our case. After weeks of trying to get basic communication and information, we were forced to seek new legal counsel. The lack of responsiveness and transparency after a substantial retainer was paid was extremely frustrating and left us without the support we expected during an important time. I strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to ask very clear questions about communication expectations, availability, and billing transparency before retaining them.

Now, if you hire them as the plaintive and they win your case that's all good, but if you are on the defense side of these people they will lie like a rug. They allowed one of their clients to stand before a judge and lie about the mental acuity of the defendant, without the defendant being allowed to be in the courtroom. That is as low as any legal counsel could get. There is absolutely no proof that the person they were bringing a case against had any mental problems whatsoever but they were allowed to do what they did without doing any research. Their standards of legal procedure are so despicable, that I am surprised they are allowed to practice law in any country. I wouldn't trust these guys if they were the LAST legal firm on the planet. Just so you know, if you really like them, you like the fact that they will allow you to lie in a court of law, and that makes you look a little unethical.
