After having lost a significant amount of weight, I was left with extra sagging skin. My abdomen and my arms were the most concerning to me. I consulted with one other surgeon before deciding on Dr. Prince. As a weight loss patient, my options are limited as some local surgeons will not work on me because I am deemed a higher risk. The surgeon that I consulted with prior to Dr. Prince suggested a more invasive procedure (that I really was not comfortable with, nor did I understand what it actually entailed although I did consider the opinion as I am not knowledgeable in these areas) as well as a combination of procedures that included doing my arms and abdomen at the same time.  I was excited about that because those were my main concerns. I wanted to get those two procedures out of the way and move on to other areas of need. In initially consulting with Dr. Prince,  regarding the more invasive procedure, she determined that "I was right on the line" and may could achieve my desired outcome without being that invasive. We both agreed not to go there, which saved money and recovery on my end! As far as the combination of arms and abdomen together, Dr. Prince was not comfortable with that because of safety reasons. She explained to me how I needed my arms to lift and maneuver myself around as well as the length of time in surgery. I was disappointed initially, however, I was very impressed that Dr. Prince took my safety in the OR and in recovery seriously enough to not do a procedure. She could potentially lose out on that financially but my safety truly won out, and with that she won my trust. I have to bring up Dr. Prince's staff as well. Each of them have gone above and beyond for me, whether it is responding to my MANY emails with outcome concerns or sitting on hold with me literally for hours trying to figure out my  Care Credit issues-  I have truly felt genuine care from them. I can not say enough about the help they have given me! They are all fabulous! My journey is not over just yet, but I have had two procedures  (in one surgery session) with Dr. Prince. I absolutely love my results. I have never been happier with the way my body looks than I am right now. I have teared up several times after surgery looking at my results. I had so many questions about my procedures- I just could not picture what would look best for me, my body type, my shape, etc. I looked at all the examples possible, but I didn't know what would be best for me. Dr. prince listened to me and picked up on what direction I was heading. I ultimately told her, "You know better than me,  you can foresee what I will look like, I am in your hands." She truly does have a woman's touch and far more insight to our needs. My outcome is beyond what I thought it would be. My body looks very natural and beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the service and results I received from Prince Plastic Surgery. When I initially went for the consultation I was immediately impressed by the professionalism and kindness. Dr. Prince and each staff member took incredible care of me. The consultation appointment began with Dr. Prince and a small group of other potential patients. At first I thought I'd be uncomfortable in a group setting, but it was more of an introductory course in all things breast augmentation. Dr. Prince went over the whole process, explaining all the various options and the reasons one person may choose one option over another. The group setting turned out to be incredibly helpful because the other women asked questions that I hadn't yet thought of, but very much benefited from by hearing the answers and discussions. Then we each were escorted to our individual private rooms where I spoke with Nurse Kim (love her) and Dr. Prince. They answered all by burning questions with courtesy and understanding. I didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. They really took the time to find out exactly the results I was hoping for. When it came to the end of my consultation where they give you the price estimate, I was expecting it to be WELL over the other estimates from other my consultations, seeing as the service so far had been so much better and more personal. But to my surprise, the estimate was right in line with the others, in fact was a little bit less than the other surgeon I was most considering. I didn't even feel rushed to nail down a surgery date. Ms. KeLee laid out multiple options and let me take the time to go home and think things over before I committed. It was evident that they cared more about what was best for my body and my lifestyle instead of just rushing through another surgery. The surgery itself was much more comfortable than I expected and while recovery was naturally a little taxing, Dr. Prince and her staff were there at the drop of a hat to make sure I was doing well. I went to Dr. Prince for a consult on my breast reconstruction. I had my mastectomy three years ago and was only somewhat happy.
