They advertise "bond recovery specialist" and if I had have taken their word for it and not gone through - I would NOT have gotten all my bond back. I asked for a refund and was treated VERY rudely by the owner. She swore at me, called the apartment I was in a "dingy little place" and threatened to go to the police if I didn't stop asking for my refund. Not much integrity here and certainly NO quality. Find someone else if you want something "cleaned". The owner of this business will respond to this review saying I harassed her and that I was abusive or something similar. Take Note: This is NOT a professional businesswoman with integrity at all. As soon as a client attempts to gain recompense for work not done properly the first AND second time, she goes into full scale defensive mode and threatened to call the police and claiming harassment.
