I thought well he is a professional and I had heard good things about him. 2 months later I noticed the Botox had worn off. I felt pretty ripped off as it's not cheap. I went back a few months later to redo this while telling him that it had only lasted 2 months. I had more again in the jawline plus the forehead. This was on a Monday, the following Saturday I woke up and my eye wasn´t opening properly. I was a little freaked out as I wasn't sure what was going on but thought maybe I slept weirdly. The following day it was both eyes. I had noticed my eyelids had sunken down. Again started to be a little concerned and wondered if Botox could have done this. Sure enough, found out a side effect of having Botox in the forehead is droopy eyelids. I rang the Ripponlea clinic on Monday, they said to come in for a review. I went in and Dr Tass agreed and suggested Botox in the eyelids to fix it. I waited almost a week and I was still the same, so all the way back to Ripponlea for another review for more in the eyelids. That was in March and they are still the same today. On the 26th of April I went back again to have the jawline redone as I was getting migraines again and was desperate, he had suggested in this appointment to also have some in my chin as well as the lines under my bottom lip. I didn't go in there for this extra treatment but I trusted Dr Tass´s opinion and thought that the little amount he suggested wouldn't be a bad thing. WELL WAS I WRONG. After about 6 days, the Botox had definitely kicked in. So much so that now I had another reaction and couldn't smile like I normally do and laughing was an absolute embarrassment. My top gum was so relaxed it wouldn't move. I was gutted, my son had even asked me,¨ Mum what's wrong with your mouth¨, it was terrible and I literally didn't want to smile or laugh ever again plus also being difficult to eat as I didn't have all the normal muscle movement that I normally have. I called desperately on the 3rd of May to discuss this. I went in for another review and again Dr Tass had suggested putting more in to fix the issue. I told him how upset I was and that it was my 50th birthday in two weeks so really hoping that it won't be like this. He said that it will be fine by then. On the 8th of May, I emailed the surgery to tell them of the damage that he had caused and it hadn't gotten better.I received a phone call on the 14th of May which was my birthday from Heidi. She was calling to talk about my email, mind you this is now 6 days after my concerns and being extremely upset. This phone call was interesting as she had told me that she had also had this happen to her where she couldn't talk for 3 weeks and had to stay home. I was extremely upset and she could hear me crying during our 11-minute conversation. She asked me to come back for a review. I told her that I will never be back and asked for my money back from that procedure, especially one that I didn't ask for. She said that Dr Tass never refunds but she will tell him about my situation and be in contact with me. I had my party the following night and it was the worst party I've ever had. I couldn't be any photos due to my smile. A lot of my friends were looking at my mouth while I was talking to them. It was terrible. Today is the 29th of May and it still hasn't gotten any better and I still haven't heard from Heidi. For more than one thing to go wrong is not a coincidence and no phone call from him, no refund and no follow up from Heidi as she said. The way I've been treated is disgusting. He is playing with people's lives, not only do I feel like my mouth has had a stroke and to even eat has been difficult, but the expense of having it on his recommendation and absolutely no care factor from them whatsoever.

He was unavailable when I booked in for lip fillers and ended up with a coarse woman name Lee. I DO NOT recommend her. She doesn't listen to you, I don't believe she understands the aesthetics of the individual, and I even called her out in a lie. I've been to several places on the Gold Coast (where I am originally from), and the only time I have been truly happy with my lips was at Rejuven8 Cosmetix. I showed Lee the lip shape/fullness that I had achieved at Rejuven8 and she looked at the photo for half a second and said "Nope". I almost immediately walked out as I was already tired of her rudeness throughout the consultation. I had even explained to her what I didn't like about a previous experience (Dr. John Flynn's office on the Gold Coast) when I had ended up with duck lips. Lee ended up causing the exact same look. Endless Solutions have other people who do lips there (James and Mike) who may be better than Lee. I will be heading back to the Gold Coast next time I need my lips done again though.

James works in stages as he likes to wait a few weeks in between sessions so that he can then see what the results are and what needs 'tweaking'. James is so meticulous using the smallest amount of product for the 'tweaking' which makes so much difference to the whole. Endless Solutions is also the only clinic where I have not had dozens of expensive products 'suggested' to me. I have so much product from other places I still need to finish. Products were never discussed at all. It was a surprise to discover that I also qualified for free sessions with the laser and a microdermabrasion treatment. There was no gimicky spin line before - if you spend this much you then qualify for this. All so refreshing. You feel like an individual and not part of a 'beauty business' machine. The clinic has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The girls at the front desk are friendly and down to earth. I wear my face every day and can't stop smiling.
