From day one, the level of professionalism, communication, and market knowledge stood out. Anne and Kat kept us updated with detailed analytics on showings, prospect activity, and market interest throughout the listing process, which gave us real confidence in our pricing and strategy. The property preparation, positioning, and marketing were truly best in class. The photography, interactive staging, and overall online presentation of our listing were exceptional. Beyond the results, what really set Anne and the team apart was the personal touches. She and her team treated us like partners in the process, not just clients, welcoming feedback and adjusting quickly whenever needed. The thoughtful gestures along the way made the entire experience feel personal, not transactional. If you're buying or selling in the Frisco/Summit County area, we can't recommend Anne Skinner and her team at Keller Williams highly enough. We felt supported every step of the way and would work with them again without hesitation.

Once we decided on the property, she was very helpful in the negotiation with the sellers, and her team did a great a job in keeping everything on track for the close. Overall, the process was super smooth.

They are highly investment and real estate-focused for owners, with offerings from short, mid and long-term rentals with a deep understanding of the local market. They have phenomenal service and they work very hard. The best part about them is they are reachable and just wonderful people, outside of their successful business. Property management is such an old-school industry, but Kate and Charles are dynamic, and smart and understand the needs of landlords and owners, so they can help maximize return. I rent a condo in Fraser, near Winter Park, and they helped me renovate the condo after it was neglected for 12 years by a low-paying long-term tenant. They introduced me to a great contractor who flipped the property and then found a local builder who needed housing for his management crew to rent my place for top rents in 2022. They do regular property checkups and carefully vet tenants for long-term rentals. They are hands down the best I have worked with and I use 3 other property managers in different cities and wish they all could run like Snowcapped.

The NOT so The Simple Life, Getting funding for a mobile…read morehome purchase is never an easy road. But a lender was found and all seemed to be going as planned. Until Friday the day of the schedule closing, when all funds are to be dispersed. Unfortunately NOT so The Simple Life neglected to read the closing terms of the lender, which were shown on the application. Which stated that the closing would be a DRY closing, meaning no funds would be dispersed until the lender can once more review all paperwork. So on Friday the day of my closing, in Granby with Uhaul packed, auto placed on car carrier and home cleaned for new owners, I get a call at 9am from NOT so The Simple Life telling me that the funds are not there. So I ask what does that mean? I am packed ready to leave and I am closing on my new mobile home in Loveland on Monday. They can't answer me nor do they seem to understand why. Finally at noon they say go ahead and the funds will be to you on Monday. Needless to say the funds did not arrive until 2 days later, therefore I had to keep the Uhaul for 2 more days, and since my friends were expecting family in on Monday I had to stay at a hotel for 2 more days until I could get into my new home. So I requested that NOT so The Simple Life, do the right thing and reimburse me for the 2 days of Uhaul and hotel and they REFUSED. It is obvious that on the day of the closing they did NOT have confirmation of funds as they said they would in the contract. Therefore they were in breach of the contract. Bottom line chose a realtor that reads the fine print and is aware of any and all scheduled delays before they happen and cause you MORE MONEY, MORE STRESS and MORE REGRET. .

We rented Lakota Dreamcatcher Villa 510 for a Father's Day family weekend (June 18-21), but the…read moreproperty failed to meet the advertised luxury standards and fell well short of our expectations. Upon arrival, we found five toilets stored in the garage, blocking one side. The next day, a delivery driver brought a sixth toilet and left it there, saying the owner had instructed him to do so. This happened while my elderly father, who has Alzheimer's, was present for the holiday weekend. Safety and comfort issues: * A broken screen on the lower level let many bugs into the house on our last night. We had to move a card game upstairs because we couldn't use the poker table because of the bugs everywhere. * The upstairs deck lacks shades or blinds on the west-facing glass doors, making it unusable in the afternoon sun. In contrast, the ground floor has shades. * The provided pots and pans were of poor quality and did not heat evenly. During our stay, my truck, parked in the garage and driven only once, had a slashed tire that went completely flat. I requested a review of camera footage but received no resolution. Despite paying an early check-in fee and requesting a late checkout, my concerns were met with automated responses. When I reported the tire damage and broken screen, the property management company referenced the listing's 4.96-star rating and said, "Not every property will be the right fit for every traveler." They closed the conversation without addressing my concerns and directed further disputes to Airbnb Support. This property was advertised as a luxury escape, but our experience was marred by maintenance and storage issues, unresolved vehicle damage, and a lack of meaningful resolution from the host team. I would not stay here again and highly recommend avoiding this property or any managed by Winter Park Escapes. After I worked with Airbnb support, which was great, we found a solution with zero help from Winter Park Escapes, as repeatedly requested by Airbnb Support. I tried to leave this review, but it looks like Winter Park Escapes changed the email address, preventing me from leaving one. The 4.96 stars seem fake, as I am sure others have experienced the same lack of respect and action by Winter Park Escapes. It seems to be a property company that's only interested in ripping people off.

After our stay, we were charged a "hot tub misuse" fee for damage we did not cause. While photos were eventually shared, they did not demonstrate damage resulting from our use of the hot tub. During our stay, a hot tub technician stopped by unannounced to make repairs related to issues caused by a previous renter, which raises serious concerns about how responsibility for the damage was determined. At no point during our stay were we informed that we had caused any damage or misused the hot tub. There was nothing apparent to us that would have warranted a misuse fee, and no clear evidence was provided linking the alleged damage to our stay. Compounding the issue was the lack of communication. We sent multiple emails and made repeated phone calls attempting to resolve this matter and received little to no response for an extended period of time. When we finally did hear back, the company refused to remove the charge, citing internal notes rather than proof, and instead offered a discount on a future stay--which does not resolve an improper charge. This experience demonstrated poor communication, lack of professionalism, and an unwillingness to fairly investigate a legitimate concern. I strongly encourage future guests to carefully review any post-stay charges and be cautious when booking through this management company.
