I regretted this decision as my husband passed away two months after our boy was born. They were both so apologetic and kind and invited me back when I was ready to take baby pictures for me. I reached out again when I had reached a safe point in my grief when he was 9 months old. They even took some photos of him with his grandmothers as a combined grandmothers, baby, and mommy and me shoot. Not only did they capture one of my favorite times in his babyhood, they we so sweet with all the grandmas. They navigated a grumpy baby and were so understanding. My son recently took his senior pictures here. This was the first time here because my oldest did…read morehis senior pictures at the other guys. When we drove up we didn't see it at first since it's a small building, but once we hit that u-turn we were able to see it. We were prompt and came at the correct time of our appointment, but when we got there they were shooting a students picture and there was another student waiting inside. We probably waited about 10-15 min before they started on my son's photo shoot, but that's not bad considering other places take longer. The guys taking the pictures were pretty quick. They took him to different areas of the lot to get different backgrounds and poses. Several of my son's pictures came out good and I loved them. The guys were professional and very polite. I was in shock to see some of the negative reviews only because we were treated very well. The gal inside was super friendly also and communicated to us that there was another student in front of my son and was informative on how the ordering was going to be like and what to expect when the pictures were done. I really liked this place. If you're trying to find it, don't drive too fast or you'll miss it like we did. There's not a huge amount of parking space, so just know it's limiting parking and make sure to come at your scheduled time so you don't mess with someone else's photo shoot. I'm glad Stockdale High School was able to get this company, I liked the way the staff was and their professionalism. I would recommend them!
