What I received was anything but a deep clean-- it was barely a surface clean. She arrived at 11am and left at 2pm-- only main visible floor areas were cleaned-- showers, tubs and toilets were not cleaned-- only top surface areas were dusted (and not even all of those!)-- this wasn't even close to being worth $350 and when I brought these things up, her idea of customer service was to defend her actions without offering to correct the issues. There were time constraints that didn't allow for proper cleaning. Some of the workers would take short cuts so that they could leave on time so as not to get "in trouble" for taking too long to clean. I am very meticulous when it comes to cleaning.
