Although insured, I accepted the delivery due to the document being intact. Desert Plastics agreed to repair the item and allowed me to watch the process due to my concern of the exposed paper which is very old. They explained the benefits of acrylic over glass and showed me the difference. Now that they've done a fantastic job on the first project, I intend on taking a few more old family prints to them for refurbishing. This is a family business in a well stocked store and they give you personal service. Their prices are more than fair and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone needing picture framing or refurbishing done. Easy communication starts with Debbie and just continued throughout the whole process. First time in 25 years that I feel safe using the back steps! Ray noticed that the sidewalk with the slope was curved slightly, they fabricated the handrail to match (every time I look at that curve I smile).
