He made it a great friendly place to go to, but the last two times that I went out a very bad experience with the younger crowd and I'm myself and young so nothing against young people or anything like that but the very young black guy was very rude. Acted like I was flirting with one of his fellow coworkers. I guess his work girlfriend or something like that, but definitely was not never say anything out the way, but pretty much I was asking questions about the vapes and stuff like that and he's like she already answered your question blah blah I need to go and get out of here so ask for my money back for the stuff I had purchased and he said oh we don't do refunds so I won't be going back there. Don't waste your time if I can give you zero stars I would. Roast smoke smoke shop in Shelby !!! no account everything is so high in that place for no reason the value just isn't there! They don't deal in clothing. Instead they buy and sell furniture and accessories for the home.They offer pickup and delivery. The owner was very nice and informative to talk to. Unfortunately for me this place like most others doesn't stock old school supplies! I did meet the owner; he's a really nice guy! He gave me an extensive tour of the place. I was informed that no matter what I wanted he had a tremendous amount of vendors at his disposal and he guaranteed me he could get anything I needed! I was honest with him and said that I had already committed to another vaping store. I believe all he wanted from me was some kind of promise that I'd be a regular customer so that he wouldn't get stuck with things that nobody but me wanted! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here and I got the V.I.P. treatment! I do recommend this store and may return myself!
