I noticed on a couple projects the end of the footage had home videos of people I didn't know. I brought them another project to work on and the entire footage is someone else's home video (African American female recently giving birth, newborn baby video). I found the service to be personable, professional, and very helpful in getting me what I need. The turn around was good, the time frame they provided was accurate. I mentioned to them that I have an old family wire recording from the 20s-30s. They said that they could work on transferring it, which is rare. Its hard to find professionals that can work with that old technology. Overall, great experience!
