Overstock items come in here and are typically sold at a great and possibly reduced rate from where you can get it elsewhere. The store was nicely organized and there was quite a bit of selection. There are many areas: kids toys, outdoor items like pools, home décor, furniture, appliances, counter tops, building materials like windows and other various items. Multiple employees were available to assist customers throughout our visit and all were friendly and helpful. Has to confirm every single online order via phone for card security. (nowhere on website does it say they have to call and re add card info with each order) I received email confirmation of order and everything. I had already submitted my card info. When I told her that this order was supposed to be delivered today and that's the entire point of ordering online she raised her voice telling me I am rude and then slammed the phone down hanging up on me. This was a first and last order. Absolutely appalling customer service.
