Very disappointed with the service received! The driver was not the most friendly person. He did not say a word to us on the way from our house to the airport, only to ask how I'd like to pay for the ride. When the same driver came to pick us up at the airport when we got back from our trip, he brought someone else with him in the vehicle. It was the most unprofessional thing to do; to bring a "friend" for a ride to pick up your clients from the airport. We were greeted with the same arrogant attitude...no warm greetings or interests. We felt like we were putting him out, like we had ruined his day or something because he had to work. We will never use this company's service again!!! Worst experience we ever had with a car service. read more

Do not use this limousine service ever. He made us pay up front which we reluctanctly did, and then he never picked us up at the airport. We called every number he gave us but it just went to voice mail, and even tried emailing him. Even the man at the airport who was suppose to page him when we arrived did not know his company and said he had not checked in. After waiting for almost two hours in the cold we decided to take another taxi home, at great expense. The guy is a shyster. He never even called us back to apoligise or offer a refund of the money we paid. read more
