The ambiance was great and I felt immediately welcomed. The snacks and drinks are a nice touch. I booked online which was SUPER easy and I got in fast. I booked a deep tissue massage with scalp massage and hand mask add ons. Overall Vanessa did great. However I don't feel the "add ons" were worth it at all. The hand wrap / hot towel was nice but it wasn't what I expected. Perhaps I didn't read the website thoroughly enough but it wasn't at all what I envisioned and wasn't "unique". While I enjoyed it I've gotten the same type services in "regular" massages without an extra add on fee. Definitely not worth the extra cost if I return in the future. All of my massages here have been wonderful. I've had many, and 1 facial. The services are wonderful and the setting is relaxing. My main complaint is that almost every single time I have an appointment I end up waiting 10-15 minutes past my appointment time to be taken back. This last time I was asked to come in later due to a meeting, which I did and still ended up waiting in the waiting area for 15 minutes past my start time. This puts a bit of a negative taste in your mouth when it's a consistent issue. Everyone's time is valuable. Perhaps scheduling should be more realistic around what is feasible. I could have just as easily been asked to come at 3:30 or 3:45 vs 3:20 and waiting for 15 minutes. The other down side of my massage today is that I booked an additional service for migraine relief. Website says this includes an "intense scalp massage" which was part of why I chose it. However, the migraine relief service I received had no scalp massage. It consisted of only cold stone and towel wraps for my face. When I went to pay, the girl up front asked specifically how my migraine relief service was. I told her it was okay but didn't include the scalp massage as advertised was just mostly my face. Her response was disappointing "yeah migraines are in the face so it's mostly face". Migraines aren't actually all in the face and you shouldn't advertise an "intense scalp massage" if that's not part of the service. I'll come back because I do enjoy the services overall however based on my last few experiences I'd give it 4 stars. read more

I came here for a massage when it first opened and had a great experience. So, when my husband gave me a gift card for Mother's Day, I was pretty stoked. I booked a 60 minute deep tissue with hot stone. This is my usual preference and I have been getting these types of massages for 20yrs. The massage therapist was very nice. However, there was nothing "deep tissue" about this massage and all of my problem areas were completely ignored. As for the hot stones, definitely not anything like any of my previous hot stone massages. I get more from my hot stone pedicures at the nail salon. The pressure of this massage reminded me of when a friend helps apply sunblock to your back. It also seemed quick for a 60 minute massage. I didn't check my watch before starting. So, I can't say if it was less than 60 mins or if it just felt quick. I didn't say anything when checking out. Honestly, I was still processing what just happened. I just said it was ok and paid. All that said, it is a very nice salon and everyone is very nice. I just need deep tissue and this missed the mark for me in a big way. read more

We came here for a couples massage based on reviews. The place was very cute, the staff had done their best to anticipate their clients needs down to the very last little detail. Our therapists were lovely they listened very well and I would say this massage was up there in my top 5 experiences. My therapist especially catered to every little need I didn't even know I needed! My wife and I came for a couples massage. It was wonderful. I have fibromyalgia and elhers danlos syndrome with a spinal fusion from T1-T12. Living is painful. Not only we're they able to handle my disabilities, they were able to take away my pain for a couple hours. This was a priceless experience.
