During this time we were treated to the counter girl (short, with a light brown pony tail) loudly laughing and making fun of a customer who had called in a complaint about their order. Way to go on professionalism. We got home and I opened my sub which I had asked for no lettuce on. I didn't notice anything off at first due to the tzatziki having a lot of garlic. Took my first bite and IMMEDIATELY spit it out. I can deal with an order request being overlooked, but there was an easily identifiable and totally overwhelming taste of rot. I pulled the sub apart to figure out where it was coming from. When I found the lettuce (that I had told them not to put on), the overpowering rotten smell matched that of what I had just tasted. So basically, if you want to wait for a long time for hot food that is left out for long periods of time on a cold counter to cool (doesn't the health board have something to say on that topic?) only to finally receive food that smells and tastes rotten this is the perfect place for you to go.
