The experience was terribly painful and very traumatic for her, and the procedure could not be completed. We were referred to Dr. Slavin who performed the rest of the procedure. She was under sedation and woke up with a wonderful smile not believing the procedure was already over. They are a first class outfit. The staff are caring and professional and put Isabella (and Mom & Dad) completely at ease. I do not often write reviews but felt compelled to write this one. The whole office staff from receptionist, clinical assistants, and office manager are courteous. They explained the plan and answered all my questions. The staff took time to give me a detailed home plan and gave me a kit with antibiotic mouthwash, prescriptions, and follow up. I was impressed by their modern array of up to date diagnostics like the dental CT scan. The bone graft they placed has healed completely on follow up x-ray. This is high quality, expert, friendly, and a caring specialty dental practice I recommend.

I wouldn't consider going elsewhere because of their extreme dedication to perfection in their work. In fact, the Florida Institute has corrected work done by other doctors; most recently they replaced a poorly crafted implant which had been irritating me for years. My husband was admitted on 4/24/26 on Emergency room, unfortunately,he died on 4/29/26, stage 4 cancer. However short his stay was, he was satisfied with staff and services he received. So were we, his family. Honestly, this experience revived our believe in US healthcare, again. Thank you to all staff at Good Samaritan hospital at WPB, Florida. May God Bless you all.

Terrible billing, broken promises, zero accountability.Avoid this office due to their terrible billing practices. I had a crown and X-rays done in 2023, and somehow didn't receive a bill until September 2025. Unsurprisingly, my insurance denied the claim because it was submitted far too late -- despite being told the X-rays were covered. At my recent cleaning visit, I was blindsided with a $1,177 balance. The staff blamed a former billing manager and "negotiated" a deal: I'd pay $513 for the crown and not be charged the $664 for the X-rays. I paid the $513. Now, weeks later, they are trying to charge me the $664 anyway. This is inexcusable, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of accountability. I walked out without my cleaning and will never return. Patients deserve honest, transparent billing -- not broken promises and decades-late surprises. Do not trust this office with your care or your wallet.
