I requested a quote through Yelp online past 9pm. Melvin responded within 9 minutes! He gave me an incredible rate that was more competitive than 10 of his peers in the area. He arrived the next afternoon right after a flood warning passed. He maintained contact with me throughout the logistics. He uses professional grade equipment including a 4400 PSI power washer, high pressure hose, and a bleach/PH cleaning solution, and a pair of ladders. He is extremely cautious about the pressure he uses so not to damage the paint or siding. He even threw in an extra couple of panels of the house complementary. He's a perfectionist. He didn't stop until every spot of mold was cleaned. He's a very nice guy and stands by his work. He provided me with an invoice and his business cards when done. He will be my power washer for life.
