I was told I couldn't see his body. At the burial, the director came up to the casket and noticeably made sure it was locked. After signing a contract and paying them, they 1st changed the obituary to add some strangers saying they were his family and took me out. When addressed, she changed it back for a day and finally removing his remembrance all together. They are not fact checkers and have been ridiculously disrespectful to my the actual family of my husband and have disregarded any and all truth about his life and wants and facts. They care nothing of the legacy of the deceased, only that you continue to trust them and make sure you pay. The obituary is something that everyone should be able to read and know my Chris. I've wondered why the parking lot is empty and now I know. They do nothing according to follow legal procedure and or even acknowledge that there is one. Truth is a funny thing.
