Dr. Dix anesthesiologist for his sense of humor from Indiana and his hysterical story of his 83 year old father surgical experience. But it all starts at the beginning with the intake and Jamie was very polite at 6:30 am in the morning and set the tone for everything else in front of me until I was put in the car to head home. The receptionist kept me sitting so long that I asked what was wrong. I was then told my procedure had been rescheduled. A nurse told me they had left a message for me informing of this the day before. I never got the message. After waiting over two hours I finally asked what time the procedure was rescheduled for because they never told me. It was nearly four hours before I had the procedure. My evaluation form was taken out of my envelope by one of the nurses so that it the reason I am posting this. I later found out that they had the wrong telephone number on my record. I have never seen such unprofessionalism. I don't want to have another procedure done there ever and there is no way I would ever recommend them to anyone.
