Went in after a slip and fall that injured my knee. Got xrays that showed no broken bones but the doctor suspected a meniscus tear. No brace or crutches to send me home with and I was in the process of changing doctors so no primary care to follow up or refer. So the urgent care physician wrapped my leg in ace bandages to get home and spoke of script to Sobaks to get a brace and an orthopedic referral all that I should follow up with offices on Monday. When I did so, both places had no such referrals. So I was left in pain with no help to get any assistive devices and with no doctor referral orthopedics wouldn't see me. Went on my patient portal and no notes of any such discussion were there. They were wanted my money! But no follow through. read more
