It comes as no surprise that this business is decorated with 1 stars. I encountered a very loose lipped, rude, and mouthy employee by the initials of YM as listed on my ticket. She refused to provide her name. She spoke to me in a manner as if the business didn't require customers to keep it running. There was no customer in the service, just poor service. I have used these cleaners since they opened,from the previous owner at this location. I find the staff very friendly and the service good. I have not lost many buttons on my laundry shirts, and I think losing a button or two is to be expected. If they are aware it's broken they usually replace them. I find the dry cleaning good for a outsourced dry cleaner, and the prices are reasonable. For me the main reason I go there is for convenience as they are the closest to my home read more

I stopped using this place, they seem to disappear clothes like magic. The quality is average, just as good as most places that outsource their laundry services. However, prices are a bit higher and the customer service is terrible. When I noticed that I was missing a shirt, I went next day to check on it. I understand stuff like that happens, so I thought it was not a big deal. When I went to ask about my missing shirt, the attendant totally dismissed my inquiry. In a very condescending and rude fashion she asked me if I was sure I was missing a shirt. Then she ask me to please go and check again. So I went back home and checked again. I didn't go back until a few more days. I asked again about the shirt and she played like she had no idea about it. I provided my name and phone number, but again, the same attendant questioned me whether I was sure about missing a shirt. It turned into a very frustrating exercise. I tried one last time and of course she totally disregarded my question, just like nothing happened. So, after that I took my business somewhere else. read more

All of the crappy reviews on here are accurate. Items not on time and lost one item for well over a week. "Next time you come in, remind me and you will get a discount" That is not how business works. You fix the mistake at the time of the error. Don't waste your time or money using these folks. There is probably one just as close to your home and work that will be a better investment. Dont expect your laundry to be done ON TIME. I try not give one star review unless absolutely necessary. This guy has no business skills at all. I turned in my close several (3-4) Fridays and was told it would be ready Saturday after 2pm and before 3pm (they close at 3). Every time I showed up from 2 to 3pm the next day they never had my stuff. All of those times I had to wait until 4 or 5 pm to pick up the laundry. Called him directly but he is not good an solving problems. Just told me to count on a day delay in his services. These places normally take your clothes and send it to the mass cleaners every other cleaners in town does. So, its really all about service and what not when going there. The two women that work there are very nice and try to remember your name. I say that since one called me by the wrong name once...which was funny. She was great on how she recovered. Things that will go wrong at cleaners: Broken buttons. Clothes pressed too hard leaving imprints. Poor removal of stains. They are very accommodating if something is wrong and try to correct it. TERRIBLE! DO NOT COME HERE! I have been coming here for a while now. They ruined a blouse of mine and would not replace it. The "owner" is never there and will not return calls. He does not do good business at all, part of being a successful business owner is to do the right thing. He chose not to therefore I will not be returning here. Had he done the right thing and replaced my blouse I woild have remained a customer. This place is shady, save yourself the headache and go to other dry cleaning nearby that are family owned, reliable, and HONEST! Unreliable and Vanishing Clothing: I dropped off a very expensive gown to be dry cleaned at the 9079 Katy Fwy location in February. I received a call about 2 weeks later saying they needed more time - since I wanted them to be very careful with the trimmings, I said that perfectly was fine. I continued to call every few weeks until in April I was told that my dress was "lost." I asked to speak to the owner but was told that he is rarely at the cleaners and they are not allowed to give his contact information (email, phone, or name). The employees said they would give him a message and my contact information. I haven't received any calls and after calling for a few days, I only received the same scripted answer. The employees don't have any information regarding the larger facility in Katy where they send the clothes to as well. The Bunker Hill location is owned by the same person. All-in-all - you'll be saving yourself a headache and won't be having your clothes stolen from you if you go else where. read more

They told me that I can get a coupon from HEB when I dropped off. On pickup, they told me they cannot take the coupon because they ran up the order! I said what? The person behind the counter said even though you have not paid yet, next time you have to present the coupon before I ring up the order! This keep in mind happened a week ago, and I walked in the door with the coupon, and have yet to pay for my cloth, which totaled around $55. Bad customer service, means bad business. Mind you that handcuffs, it's a keepers finders with them. I did not bother to get the hand cuffs back. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere ... read more

This cleaners stained 4 dress shirts badly. They actually tried cleaning the stains they made, successfully in 3 of the shirts. They couldn't get the stain out on the last shirt. Waiting to see if owner will replace the shirt. read more

Took my wedding tuxedo here to get pressed because it is close to my job and I could pick it up easily. I wish I read the yelp reviews prior to taking my clothes in. I took my tux in with a suit hanger. I asked if I needed to take the hanger off but the girl at the front said it was fine and then they threw out an expensive hanger. There was no apology or attempt to replace my hanger. They are expensive and average at best. I will never go back. read more

My husband loves coming here. The girl at the front is always polite and remembers our names. If we bring in clothes after the cut off time she makes sure that we get them as soon as we need them. Been coming here for over a year now and will continue to use their service. read more

I went here for the first time today to try out a new drycleaner as I received a coupon on the back of the HEB receipt. I presented the coupon when paying for the service and the lady informed me that I was not able to use the coupon because it had to be presented at the time of drop off. She indicated that their was not any room in this rule and refused the coupon. Needless to say I will not be back. read more
