Our guests has a blast posing with the hilarious props, and my husband and I had a good laugh at the end of the night as we were looking through the crazy photos our guests left us in our guest book. I was very impressed with the quality of the image prints, especially considering how fast they came out of the printer (and we even ordered double prints to allow guests to keep a copy, and leave us a copy). We even got the digital files of all the booth photos the next day (in less than 24hrs!!) Photo booths are becoming a staple item at weddings nowadays that party rental companies who rent out linens and silverware are carrying photo booths as part of rentals too; but just be aware--they all vary in specs and the higher price of rental does not dictate the quality of your end product! I compared the specs on what several photo booth companies, as well as what a party rental company offered, vs. what NYC Party Booth offered, and we went with NYC Party Booth for a higher quality product at nearly half the price of what was being charged by another vendor offering a lower quality booth. We got to pick the backdrop from a great selection of non-cheesy looking options, and they even customized the booth's welcome screen and the image processing screen to include background photos from our engagement session (taken by our photographer). Of course it also helped that the booth was coming from a company owned by the photographer we vetted and entrusted to photograph our wedding day, but the booth is something I would seriously consider renting again for corporate events and other parties aside from weddings.

Come wedding day, it was a BIG HIT...even my mom and her friends wanted to get in on it and she totally forgot about our introduction, ha. They are amazing on multiple fronts…read more First, when we reached out to them they were able to give us availability and quote within about an hour of us having a conversation. Secondly, they were very patient with us, with our multitude of questions. They coordinated with venue to take some stress away from us. Third the quality of their pictures is great. I've been to other weddings where they have used a tablet for choosing the pictures and the front facing camera for the pictures, which is not the best quality at times. Fourth they knew what we wanted and stayed to make sure that our guests had an amazing time and was able to get as many pictures as possible. I honestly could not be more happy with the end product and I have been singing their praises to everyone I know. Next event I have, they will 100% be there.

When my husband and I began shopping around for our wedding entertainment, we looked at a number of different vendors who offered a variety of services, but everything seemed to come with a small catch. i.e. "The DJ IS the MC. We'll send one person." "We don't do lighting packages. That's up to the venue." "For your photo booth, we can fit 15 people, but you'll only get one print per group." Well I'm happy to say that, when you book with Epic, not only do they do pretty much EVERYTHING, they are more interested in catering to your needs than they are about fitting your wedding into a pre-made "box." We were able to get a full lighting package with a dedicated lighting engineer, a DJ, an (absolutely amazing) MC (Justin), two amazing photographers, an open air photo booth with a dedicated photo technician, unlimited prints (and a backup printer), and A to Z service that covered (and I emphasize this word again) EVERYTHING. When you sign up with Epic, you get access to an online portal that acts as a direct line from you to the entire Epic team. From there, we were able to fill in our intro pairs (groomsmen and bridesmaids, etc.), our song selections, and our photo requests (we wanted family photos on the dance floor). And whenever we had a question, Epic was always a phone call or an email away. Over the course of 14 long months, we always received prompt, fantastic service. I can say with the utmost sincerity that Epic Events was one of the most important factors in making our wedding fun, memorable, and, well, EPIC.

We really…read morehad high hopes based on website images and even some previous reviews, we did all our work and provided exact dimensions, but in the end we were so disappointed by being led around in circles and then even lied to as far as the timing of receiving quotes, even though they were aware of the fast approaching date of the wedding. I had to go into panic mode and ultimately find alternative lighting solutions through another vendor, which I know we will be extremely satisfied with. After the 4th excuse and extension for more time for even a simple quote, you have to wonder if these people are in the right business in the first place. 2 weeks later, still receiving excuses that a quote is coming "tomorrow". (Which we've heard 4 times now). We don't waste our breath or time responding that we've already signed with another vendor. But you keep working on that quote Justin take a week, a moth, a year, you just keep working towards it. Does the fact that this is a same sex wedding have anything to do with the runaround tactics, I don't know but it's something I've definitely wondered about.

They have lots of signs and a lot of chains, glasses and crowns. I had a really fun time with the staff and they were able to work with very large groups quickly and professionally. The photo booth takes up to 3 photos so make sure to take some fun poses. I won't post all my pictures up but I put one up by using my own personal phone and taking a picture of the print. This is great for special events and birthday party's . The photo prints are ready in less than 15 seconds. They gave us as many copies as we wanted And they even email it to you.
