I requested the service approximately 1.5 weeks before an event I had planned. I paid my 125 deposit. I was never asked the last time my lawn was mowed or if the lawn was overgrown. I have the text messages to prove this. On the scheduled day of service, I had to reach out to this company because they had not arrived and it was about 4:30 in the evening. I was told that they would still get to me thay same day or early the next day. Despite the fact that I scheduled service on the day for a reason, I told them it was ok to arrive the next day, as long as it early so it didn't impact the schedule for another vendor arriving. I was promised a text message with an eta, but on the day of, I had to reach out to them again to confirm they would actually show up. They told me a time and of course, arrived 2 minutes late. They began working and never approached me or my husband to confirm their concerns with the length of my lawn. It was not until I saw an additional charge on my credit card of $275 that I realized they were charging extra. I would have never agreed to an additional charge of 150 had I been told. Please find yourself a more ethical lawn service.

I had two recliners that I have been wanting to dispose of for months. Called Vaughn's Lawn & Landscape, left a voice mail and within 30 minutes received a call back. Told him what I wanted and he said he could take care of it today. I had them already outside and he was loading them up by the time I made it outside. (It was approximately 8:15 p.m.) He charged me a very reasonable rate for removal and I couldn't be happier. Note that he has a full time day job, getting off mid afternoon, so his business starts later in the day, nights, and weekends. I would definitely use his services again.
