You could feel the difference the moment she walked in the building. The energy, the positivity, the way she spoke to people, and how she actually cared about members made this place feel like home. She didn't treat people like just another membership number. She remembered faces, checked on people, motivated us, and made everyone feel comfortable no matter their fitness level. Even when the gym was busy or stressful, she handled everything with professionalism and grace. Since she stepped away from the AGM position, it honestly hasn't felt the same. You don't realize how much someone truly holds a place together until they're gone, even though she's still there just less and not the manager. The atmosphere, customer service, organization, and overall vibe changed noticeably. No disrespect to anyone else, but some people can work a position... Mrs. Kiva WAS the position. Crunch really had a gem in her. She set the standard, and a lot of us members still talk about how much we miss her energy and leadership. She made people want to come to the gym, and that's something you can't train someone to do. Even though she's still there, it's not the same and I noticed that in the few days I was back home to visit. I wish they could have worked with a GEM like her. She set the standard and the tone!

I asked why, and he said it was his. I said if he wanted that machine I would be happy to use the one he was on. He said no, it was his to. I told him he couldn't use 2 machines at once but he said yes he could and all of them do it. He was extremely rude and was definitely trying to intimidate me. I told him even if they all do it, I'm sure it is not allowed because there isn't that many machines for people to use 2 at the same time! He said it was allowed and I could check with the staff. So I went and asked and of course he said no and so I asked him to go tell the guy. This is where it got weird. When the employee got there the guy was on the machine that he had told me I couldn't use, with his earbuds in and wouldn't look up. Apparently, the employee was either afraid of the guy or it is a boy's club, because he turned to me and said we all try to treat each other with respect. This was ridiculous to say to me because it was the man being disrespectful to me, not the other way around! After a few minutes he did finally get around to telling the guy he could only use one machine and not save one while he was on another machine. The next day I tried to talk to the manager about how the employee handled the situation but he blew me off and said he told him the rules and he didn't see the problem. I said the problem was that he should have just explained the rules to the man and not given me a lecture on respect. I felt demeaned by both of the men and then by the manager also. It was a sexist response by all 3 of them. To be fair, other than this experience, it has been a good place to exercise.

She ended up throwing up a few times. We got so much attitude and nasty looks from a couple of the instructors there. Kendyll was definitely the most rude. Might be a good place to go if you're already slim or fit. Not a great place to go for people like me, people who just got back into working out. I experienced an extremely unwelcoming culture to plus size people which is odd for a gym. At first I thought maybe I was imagining the rudeness being directed towards us but by the end of the event it was clear. Additionally, they took sooo many photos throughout the event of us working out. Me and my friend were literally the only people excluded from the photos they posted. The only photo I was in was a group photo. SHED reported my review to Yelp and they took down my original review citing that I wasn't actually at this event. I'm posting a PHOTO that matches my Yelp photo of myself at this event. There were snacks and drinks (smoothie king & Celsius) inside but that doesn't make up for the treatment. I also reported this to lululemon who sent me a personal apology to my email so shout out to them.
