I waited a lengthy time only for the door to have major imperfections. Scratches were on the door and the panel was scared up. It did not look like it was worth the cost. The door came with a battery powered keypad and a key turn lock that had only one key that did not work with the lock. I went back and forth trying to reach Don, which was a waste of time because he didn't answer my phone calls and office personnel didn't answer but when I inquired about getting the door, responses were super fast and everyone was very pleasant. Don only started responding to me when I spoke to Bruce about him avoiding my calls. Don responded with nothing but excuses. We went back and forth for weeks about getting touch up paint and keys to fit the door and I still didn't get a remedy. I had the worst experience ever. I would caution anyone using The Window Source. What you pay for might not be what you get and there are extensive wait times. Customer service is not great. I will say Bruce was nice and empathetic. The good thing that came out of this ordeal was I got my money back after requesting it. Nothing could be disputed and Don knew the door and my experience were a flop and bad business.

I finally spoke to one guy who requested I take pictures of my backyard to send to him which I did. And then I never heard back again. He never called me back which is odd. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or unorganized but it should not take multiple calls over and over to get someone to come out. I just wanted to come on to share the best experience one could have with a roofing company…read more In June our home was hit hard enough to cause damage to our roof and interior.  A guy named Kyle White which is the project manager for Bennett Roofing and Restoration was passing by when he saw the tress down on our property and home.  In short, he stopped and asked if he could help.  Kyle was the nicest guy.  After explaining who he was, I asked a lot of questions and he patiently answered them all.  I hired him on the spot.  He explained that our insurance company would cover most if not all of damage.  In two days he had trees removed.  He had three crews: the tree removal, the roofing and interior construction and painting.  Let me say I'm OCD but so was he.  It turns out all three crews have some OCD in them because every job that was done was literally perfect.  The painting was perfection. Kyle was available when I had a question and personally came out to check the work after each phase was completed throughout the entire process.  And, it turned out that he knew more about insurance laws and what they are required to cover than the agent assigned to my claim and got everything covered.  He keeps excellent paper trail and records he goes over with you line by line.  It has taken six months to complete all work due to personal delays, insurance delays and some weather, but finally all done.  We could not be happier with his kindness and detailed service and the same from all of his three crews.  I will recommend this company to do any and all roofing, construction and painting work for someone that wants their repairs done with excellent results.
