I love Menards!! All the workers are really nice and helpful. They have a little of everything there!! We got super flooring for a bathroom and the laundry room in our house. And we go every week for all types of supplies from food to pet foods and cleaning things. We also bought a mattress set there and many, many things!! We have purchased larger items ( kitchen cabinets, sinks, vanity) at other stores, but I love Menards for the fun shopping experience. read more

DONT BOTHER, JUST GO TO HOMEDEPOT! My grandma is remodeling her bathroom and needed help choosing supplies. She couldn't find anyone to help her! After waiting aimlessly, and feeling helpless because she didn't realize there was anywhere else to go, she finally coaxed someone over to help her. Then all of the supplies she bought fell out of her truck because of the wind/rain. Poor grandma! So she went back to repurchase and the lady said "WHAT DO YOU WANT THIS TIME?" How rude. Who talks to an old lady like that?! I wish I was there to help her. Please do not shop here. It will save you from a headache! read more

Horrible service. I ordered a countertop and it came in wrong twice. Once was the color. The people working there are ignorant. Manager said there was nothing he could do about it. The countertop was 3 weeks late also, and nobody in that store could tell me why or took the incentive to find out why. Never again read more

We went to this location on a Saturday and spent upwards of $700 and got absolutely no customer assistance. It was myself my sister in law, who is not able to lift and my 15 year old son and 3year old nephew. My 15 year old and I ended up loading 90 percent of our purchases most of which were quite heavy. When we want to the warehouse to get our sheet rock we waited for 15 minutes before we had to call the store to get someone to help us load. Wish the customer service would have been better especially since it should have been apparent that we were not able to get those items easily read more

Usually good selection and OK pricing. Wont give bulk discount on conduit, so make sure you shop around. Staff could be better geared for customer service, case in point I was waiting with another customer to ask a question at the "Contractor" area and the only guy working was busy and left with the customer he was helping never offering or calling for anyone to help us. Worst customer service ever! They have lost my business! Went there to buy 2 rolls of carpet, carpet pad, epoxy paint, plywood and some corner round. I ask a guy in the back of the store for assistance with the plywood and he said what do you need? Duh! Some help! I couldn't lift it by myself. He wasn't wanting to move from his computer I told him forget it!! We left our cart full of things and complained to a manager and left. read more

I was shopping there with my wife and couldn't find any help .I ask for assistance and was told this isn't my dept , or they just walked off mumbling something. I went to front to ask for a store mgr and was told that they were in a meeting and that they would try to get someone there when they can. I waited for 22 mins before someone came over ,when asked if they could find a product I was told not my dept they walked off and once again left me feeling like I don't matter Iam a contractor and I don't have time to wait around all day I spend a great deal of money there and need to be working.Its not my problem if this store is always understaffed and you can't get decent help or they have no idea of the products people all over town says the same thing you can't get there go to home Depot or ZM lumber at least you don't have wait all day for someone who is clueless on home improvement products. Also Nebraska lifted there mask mandate and there is no mask required at Home Depot or any other home improvement in town. I will cease to ever shop your store again not worth the trouble. This is why your business is not doing good , every time I drive Home Depot they're parking lot is always full and ready to help people once you walk in they know there stuff and there's no waiting either. read more

I have shopped at a Menards in Rapid city when I lived there and the help was awful. I waited at a contractors desk for 30 minutes with no service..mostly likely because I was female! The Scottsbluff Menards can use some improvement (can't we all?) but over all, (other than the one experience I had when a new employee went to find someone to answer my questions about a lawn mower and again, after waiting patiently in the aisle for almost 30 minutes, left when no on showed up), I find most of the employees courteous and helpful. I've engaged in in-depth conversation with several of them, such as in gardening, to get more information about purchasing and have always found them to actually want to help. I only give a 4 due to waiting for someone to help me with a lawnmower who never showed up. And yes, I ended up purchasing elsewhere.... read more
