I understand that doctors have the right to refuse to provide service (based on the insurance). However, sure would have been nice for someone to call and let me know. At a minimum, send me a letter. Instead, after living in excruciating pain for 2-weeks without so much as a call, I phoned to be told that Dr Wagner doesn't accept my insurance. REALLY?! What happened to customer service? Just goes to show that the world continues to go down the drain and doctors are right there too.

In addition I explicitly told him to focus and rework the tricep muscle in both failed surgeries. He forgot that as I sit here in my hotel room, I just finished third surgery with another local surgeon. The moment I told them I wanted a second opinion elsewhere, they canceled me as a patient as it turns out the new surgeon fix the problem. Bottom line I would never be sitting in this hotel room right now if Brain P Davis did his job, do NOT believe it's World class surgeon services. Regardless of his bowtie on or not and proceed with caution. Oh, and by the way, I'm still paying off those failed surgeries. Make sure you do your homework before seeing Brain P Davis.

Mitch was knowledgeable, kept my attitude positive and provided a great regimen to build up my leg strength. Yes, I always get up at 6am, to take two buses and a 20 minutes walk to get to you, to make up this excruciating pain! This is not acceptable, nor only nvery unprofessional! When I dare complain, instead of apologizing, they told me not to to come back, well you did me a favor! . My doctor also requested 2x a week and I only ever got one visit! Yes, I missed 2 prior appointments, the first time my Uber never showed up (out of my control) and the second trip (the bus left early, when they are not supposed to, again beyond my control) they said if it happens again, I'll have to get another referral wtf? Well, after they asked me to do a survey, I told the truth but, they didn't like my complaint, so in a bad business move, they cut me off. I called the day before my next appointment to verify my appointment time, and they said it had been canceled, yet failed to tell me! My guess is I would have paid $29 for another Uber and they would have told me the same thing, and there goes another $35, because I do the right thing and tip! Avoid these slime balls at all odds, there are plenty of good ones. Avoid unscrupulous, bad service, unprofessionals, who don't like people who dare to complain, and individuals who lie! ‍

He answered my questions incompletely and with condescension; I doubt he ever looked at my chart. I made an appointment for a follow-up in 6 weeks; I'll be cancelling. The waiting room was a mass of people; like cattle being taken to slaughter. I waited 45 minutes to see someone. Most of the staff was kind and gave great explanations. However, the last guy was a waste of space; my short-term parking placard form was incomplete and incorrect, so I have to return to the DMV to resubmit corrected forms, which I'll be getting from my own physical therapist (take a referral from them? No, thanks.) Trying to reach a human was impossible by phone. Worst. Medical. Service. Ever. Full stop.

Throughout my care, Dr Gerlach was exemplary - he explained what was wrong with my back, what he could (and could not) do to help and what to expect during my treatment, surgery and recovery. I live in Castle Rock and for the right doctor don't mind the long drive. Dr Gerlach is that doctor and well worth the drive. I am pain free and physically active now.

Not only is Jason the best, but the entire PT staff and office is fantastic; they are friendly, welcoming and so knowledgeable. Lastly, I have been to so many doctor's offices for so many health issues and I have never had an office with such wonderful front desk customer service as Colorado Sports PT. Mike is their main guy and his customer service is incomparable, and any time one of the PTs answers, I'm always impressed. As a Crossfit coach, he helped treat my painful symptoms, but then also gave a detailed and precise plan of action to prevent the injury from reoccurring in the future (a huge win for coaching!). If you have a low back injury, I would highly recommend seeing him. He will get you back on your feet quick, but more importantly, he will keep you on your feet by correcting the imbalance that led to the initial injury.

She is incredibly knowledgeable, actually spends time with me, and seems to truly care. Her adjustments always help me feel better... and I appreciate the soft tissue work she does prior to adjustments when needed. She is truly looking to find the best wellness solution for her patients, and isn't trying to get you in the door as often as possible (as some chiropractors in my past had). I like the way she is always looking for long term solutions for her patients, whether it's stretches, exercises, or even referring to other modalities. Dr Anderson performed nerve decompression surgery on my worse leg a few days ago. For the first time in at least 10 years I was able to lie down and take a nap in the afternoon without medication. The severity of my symptoms at night have gone from a miserable 10 to a manageable 2 on reduced medication. Dr Anderson and his team took great care of me from my initial consultation all the way through post op on my first leg. I am scheduled to have my other leg done this week and looking forward to similar results. I am hopeful that during the 90 day healing period my restless leg syndrome will be completely reversed or close to being completely reversed.
