One day Michelle noticed my finger nails were pretty ruined from a bad shellac manicure I previously had. She explained to me the nail services she provided and how it is different from typical nail salons. At this point I just wanted my nails to get back to normal then I would think about trying it again. She then recommended a nail serum for me to use to help speed up the recovery - which eventually saved my nails - so now I was willing to try her shellac manicure. Michelle is so detailed oriented and knowledgeable about nails and the shellac process. It's now been many years and I can gladly say I am 100% satisfied with my nails (and all services for that matter) every time. Maybe some quiet soothing music would help to block out some of the background noise? I would have also liked a bit more checking in about pressure, as I could have used quite a bit more pressure but felt like it was hard to get a word in. The nail colour selection is pretty limited. The nail technicians were very nice and pleasant and easy to talk to, made an effort to make the experience enjoyable. I just wish there were more colour options and more sheer options.

But what I love most of all about Physiohaus are the people who work there. EVERYONE is attentive, professional and kind. But it gets better... My therapist, Miriam, is very skilled in manipulative therapy, and other modalities, including dry needling and ultrasound. Her assessment skills are awesome, but her encouragement and her applied skills to help me limber up earned my gratitude and loyalty!

I started massage therapy the same time. Jacob has been wonderful in getting me back to better health. I have bone cancer and I had a broken hip too, so the massage has helped getting my leg and hip more mobility. He is gentle but firm enough pressure. I am getting better flexibility in my leg going from a 45 to 90 percent bend in my knee. I would highly recommend Jacob to anyone who has an issue. They provide a consultation with you so you can tell them your issues and they will be able to explain what they can do for you. They offer 1/2 hour to one hour massages. I can't say enough good things about Lisa Kervin & associates. From a sore back or leg to sciatic nerve issues to any issue you have they will advise you if they can help.
