He offered to pay for the damages caused to my Gutter Helmet. This was replaced on 1/29/20 at the cost of $300. I am impressed by the customer service to handle this in a timely manner. I will now recommend Millstream to others for roofing projects, but just be aware that they might use subcontractors. I hope the company they use will learn from their past mistakes.

Contacted Millstream, they came and put up mess gutter guards on the house, I asked it they could also do my garage, (I never had gutter guards on the garage) they told me it would cost $500, they tech, Troy, came and did the work, he told me he ran out of pieces and I would need a half a box, I told him if I am paying for an entire box, to leave the remainder at my house. I just go the bill for $500, for a full box! When I called the office, Paula told me they gave him the 13 pieces he needed, so I asked why I was charged $500 for a full box, she had no answer. Lansing carries these mesh Gutter Guards, $350 per box. Also, when you get a new roof, the roofer is supposed to leave remaining roof shingles with you, Millstream did not do that either. Will never recommend this company.

Only but if advice I could give them is to optimize their website to terms like short load or small load concrete, they weren't coming up in my searches. Was about to go with a co. The responded initially then stopped responding. They did not fix it or come through on their written commitment to reseal the concrete. It soured the overall experience for me. He said it will cost $125 and would not charge more if i paid in cash. He arrived on 10.28.18 and did the driveway. I mentioned it was going to rain, he said it was fine. After the rain, most of the seal coat washed away and left the drive way spotted with white marks. He also sprayed tar all over siding on the house and one half of the garage door. We went back and forth in text messages and he always has an excuse. He will then say he will do it again, and never show up. I asked for a refund, but he has not given it back. His wife texted me and said Matthew was in a car accident and had broken bones but would have one of his assistants redo the driveway on 11.08.18. That never happened. I texted again and said I want a refund, no more excuses. Matthew still has not responded and no one has resolved the issue with my driveway and damage to my house. I have photos of all damages and screen captures of all.

I joke that the company hires Ninjas because when I place a call or email them for service it seems like they are here before I hang up the phone or press enter on the computer. Darien knows his products. The crew was friendly and professional and Darien was onsite with them most of the time. After the job was done, he was eager to fix any minor problems that we identified. I'm very particular about such things, and I am quite satisfied. I noticed that another reviewer had trouble scheduling in the fall. We actually also did have a similar issue. But the thing is that seems to be a tradeoff you make you choose a company with a small crew and more oversight. When there are only a few guys and the boss is onsite with them, it's undoubtedly harder to keep schedules when things take longer than expected. If you're a massive company that has several crews and the boss is nowhere to be found, then it would probably be easier to always have the needed workers in place to do the job on schedule. Obviously, it makes things easier if schedules are kept, but even more important to me is getting a quality job.
