I worked with him for years and he was a fair consultant however in 2022 he failed to file my taxes even though I paid I was not going to get a refund so I had nothing to be concerned of. However, in 2025 going over to 2026 I was charged with not filing my taxes. I got charged penalties interest and fees. I reached out to him and he apologized. That's it just an apology and I told him I was very upset. I had to pay all the money out of my pocket, even though it was his mistake.!!! I asked him to rectify the situation as he should carry insurance as a Tax Consultant. He then became angry, rude, and downright mean.!!!! He refused to rectify the situation instead he sent me over to his grandfather, Roger Serna, who actually is a certified public accountant, who does that? He then avoided me and he has refused to pay what he has incurred on my expense. I highly recommend you DO Not use him. He is very unprofessional and he has costed me a lot of money that I do not have !!!!! This is his business card, I'm not sure what direct affiliation he has with the facility, but his business is run through this address!!!
