We asked for the cod croquettes. They were tender and flavourful. Our 2nd choice was the sausage cooked in cider. It had big flavour! Our bread soaked up the sauce. The 3rd was the blood sausage. It was my absolute favorite. I've been all over the world and have had lots of "blood pudding". This is by far the best. We finished with a cheese plate with 3 kinds. A flavourful plate. Not for wimps. It was accompanied by walnuts and candy. I spread some softer cheese on the rest of my bread. We had a very enjoyable experience.
