Most of the product displayed on the walls is not accessible from a seated position. So if your mobility is limited, I hope you have a helped along, or aren't afraid to ask help. The wooden floor creaks as you walk, like you're on a ship, which I love but I do have a bit of an inner pirate. The fitting room is spacious! While you may not be able to fit through some of the narrow aisles, you shouldn't have any problems in the fitting room. Expensive! Even for an outlet. But I'm more of a thrift girl. My experience here was a positive one. Yen is a very sweet lady. I see some people on here…read morecomplaining about prices. You get what you pay for especially in a Mall. I had some buttons resown on a very expensive brand new leather coat. She took her time looking at it. Told me how much it would cost. I decided to let her do it because A. I don't know any other seamstress that works with leather and B. I wanted my coat to still look new after the work was done. I trusted Yen because she is professional and experienced in her work. She guaranteed the work and that the buttons would not come off again. You have to realize this coat was brand new and the buttons came off within 4 times wearing it. I also had a shorter leather jacket with fur that I had the hardest time putting it on because of the fur getting stuck in the zipper. This jacket was also brand new and I had to have Yen fix it so that the fur wouldn't keep getting stuck in the zipper. Yen did a professional job of trimming the fur without destroying the look and feel off the fur. She did a beautiful job with it. I can now wear it again without having someone "help me put my jacket on every time I want to wear it." Yen has to charge what she charges because she is renting a place in the Mall. It's not cheap to have a place there. She also has to make money. No one is at work that doesn't want to get paid. After all her expenses at a mall, she still needs to put money in her pocket. She is there all alone and it's her business. No one should be working for free. You wouldn't want to either. She stands by her work, gives you a date and time to pick it up and guarantees her work. What more do you want?.. Great lady, great work, great experience here. Anything that I feel is worth getting "fixed" I would definitely go back to Yen. Thankyou Yen.

I walk in and Deb, the owner, is so friendly! I had brought three people and a baby. I tried on the first dress and knew there was something special about it. All other dresses I tried on following that - she was 100% helpful, 100% patient, 100% willing to find anything that I liked. The shop isn't big, but she does have a huge selection to choose from. I was lucky enough to walk out with my dress that day from her clearance rack! And FYI - there's a charge if you use credit, bring a check if you can.
