They did a barn door for us that we love so much that we wanted them to suggest more projects within our house. Tim had the idea of an impact wall behind our tv. We took them up on that and now have this beautiful wall that changes the look of our whole living room. They also stained my grandfathers 50 year old desk that was outdated in color, and now it's like brand new, and matches our barn door. I would give them 20 stars if I could. We were looking at their website www.storybarns.com and saw a barn door we liked so one Saturday while we we're out and about we called and Jason said he could meet us in an hour. He came in just for us. It was an easy conversation and absolutely no pressure. Within twenty minutes we had purchased the barn door and Jason scheduled installation three to four weeks out (they were working on a huge project at the time). Along the way Jason kept us abreast of the progress of the door while sending us photos of the door in production -- very nice. Well, they were able to install it on time and were done in about three hours. We can not say enough about how happy with are with the barn door and the whole experience dealing with everyone at Story Barns. If you are thinking about a barn door or any other service or product they supply I strongly recommend looking into Story Barns.

He talked me through my options and talked about the pros and cons of each one, and answered all my questions even after the consultation. The guys who came to do the actual installation were timely, professional and fast. When they were doing the install they realized that a mistake had been made with the manufacturer and the shades were a couple inches too narrow. They went ahead and installed the shades they had brought, and told me they'd order the correct size and come back out to install those when they came in. The lady that scheduled my next appointment for the new shades was very helpful and got my appointment scheduled promptly as soon as the correctly sized shades had arrived. Then the install team came back out and quickly switched out the first shades for the correct ones. I will definitely be going back to Budget Blinds if I need additional blinds/shades installed. Everyone was very helpful and professional.

Wendy returned my message and immediately came across with an attitude as soon as we began speaking. Maybe it was because I wasn't purchasing a whole house full of blinds or maybe it is just the kind of person she is but either way it was extremely rude, hostile and uncalled for. Wendy came across as not wanting to even discuss what I needed. If this is how they treat return Budget Blind customers imagine how they treat everybody else. I would never use this north Aurora budget blinds. I will look to a different company where they appreciate their customers, even returning customers and I suggest you do so as well.

Our home is beautiful and made with good quality material compared to many of the other new builds we looked at. Even our private inspector was impressed by the quality of the build. They have been super responsive to any warranty requests, the paver stone driveway sunk a bit and they fixed it within a few days, we also had a wire get bought in the garage door and it was also fixed within a few days. A lot of the reviews I see here are from a long time ago and I felt the need to provide an update as they are amazing. I would highly recommend working with Oakwood in Colorado.

It's been a little over a month since I closed on my home. This past Saturday, the pan below the…read morefurnace started overflowing with water and the condensation drain is not draining. This has also entered the furnace housing below the blower. This issue was brought up during our demo walk prior to our final closing walkthrough and we were told that it will be taken care of but from the look of things, it is still an issue. I reached out to the community warranty rep on Sat, he came over and said that the water will evaporate and the HVAC installer was going to reach out to me on Monday. Instead of the water evaporating, it started to overflow. After not hearing from anyone, I bought a wet vacuum to take out the water and ended up taking out 10.5 gallons of water (7*1.5 galloon). I also submitted a warranty request. Today is Tuesday, and the water has started filling back up. Still, no one has reached out to me. I need this resolved ASAP. The longer it takes to get this resolved, the likelihood that my furnace will be damaged and will need to be replaced in its entirety. Since I closed on my home, everything has been falling apart, my other warranty claim for a plumber has not been responded to. I keep getting told that someone will call me. However, I submitted that claim on Sept 23rd. I saw the plumbing company's van across the street working on one of the new construction. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

The tint came out PERFECT and Nick was super friendly. He was in and out in about 2.5 hours. In total, I had 4 doors done, 4 smaller windows and a normal size window. I cannot even begin to explain how much better and cozier it is without the sun shining in my eyes all day long. I can lower my blinds now and feel safer living in the city all around.
