Just…read moreafter we signed all the papers, we took possession I noticed the tire pressure sensors went wild as soon I drove off the lot. So I took this traverse right back to the used car lot. I had asked them how do I reset the tire sensors? They started looking at everything and that they need to replace the tire sensors. So while I had the traverse in their shop they magically spotted a radiator leak! Wow how convenient! So I guess when they got this thing in they never saw any issues with radiator. So I truly believe that they never really do their due diligence and make sure there's no issues with anything. All they did was clean it and hurry up to sell it. I am kinda thankful that I got a warranty. But here is my other complaint. We'll this is true for most car lot's both new dealerships and used car's. So while we going through getting finance the salesman told us that the finance company requires us to get auto warranty. LIES! Later I talked to another employee they said they were trying to get us a better interest rate! ANOTHER LIE! I did talked to the finance company and they they do not require ANY car warranty! Reduced interest rate! What BS! This used car lot and others are just selling auto warranty is to make MONEY. This used car lot could have just replaced the radiator! But they wanted to make extra CASH! NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

After a minor fender bender in the Creekside area, I needed some bodywork done to my truck…read more Down on my luck with transmission problems with my wife's Suburban, and much lighter in the wallet than expected, I was very stressed out on getting my truck fixed. After getting an astronomically high quote from another body shop in the area, I was feeling pretty hopeless. A friend of the wife had friends recommend us to CPR. Told us they knew a guy who was very honest, and determined to help folks out in my situation. The wife took my banged up truck to CPR and met with a nice fella named Raul. He looked at my truck, listened to our needs, and gave us a very honest assessment. Our truck is a 14 year old truck, and some of the repairs were not required. The other previous body shop was not hearing anything we said, and also refused to let me bring my own parts which they were gouging me for. Raul listened to our needs, and got right to work on our badgered Sierra. Raul did a good job, and overcome some difficult obstacles on the way. At times, also dealing with a hard to please customer, yours truly. Raul had my truck a week, and had me back on the road quick. Raul saved me over $2000 on my repairs. Raul will be my new go to guy here in New Braunfels. He is honest, works hard, is honest, and is just a nice guy. Raul also does mechanic work as well. I had no idea this place existed, and was very impressed with the friends of the wife. I feel obligated to sing high praises and pay it forward by posting this review. I highly recommend Raul and CPR. I have never enjoyed writing such a good review as I have this one. I cannot praise Raul enough. Please give this man a chance at your business. You will not be disappointed. Also, just a note, forgot to mention Raul works on all vehicles. The signage suggests he only works on RVs, but Raul works on ALL vehicles, big or small. The work is also not just limited to bodywork, and is a mechanic shop. Enjoy!
