This year I was on top of the clearing and took pics thus Storms took responsibility for popping one out of the ground breaking it along with the sod! They arranged repairs thru my HOA and I was never contacted to be advised that both had been replaced so the sod appears dead! Nor did he check that the sprinkler head was working, shitty communication skills bc all that needed to happen was to let me know repairs were done and maybe advance notice so I could have sprinkler turned back on so it could be checked......but NO! my HOA (Woodcreek) has been worthless thru the process too. Would NOT recommend for any services! This is not the first time I've had issues with them either!

Not only was his price better than the other companies I contacted, but the quality of the work was exceptional. His crew reset my fence with concrete, cleaned everything up, and even left my yard looking better than when they started. Despite using large equipment on the lawn, you couldn't tell anything had been disturbed when they finished. They even added a concrete patch to help water drain away from my house, which was an unexpected and thoughtful touch. The team spent two days on our yard, and communicated with us throughout to make sure we were all on the same page. When Gary came out to come up with an estimate, he did a thorough walk-through of our property and made recommendations based on what our trees needed. Another company we reached out to sent out a sales person that just asked us which shape we wanted them to cut our trees into, which didn't instill a ton of confidence. I think the price was reasonable for the amount of work that the team put into getting our massive trees trimmed and our yard cleared. They accept cards, and also offered a cash discount. I hired brad to do some grading and install sod in my back yard after a retaining wall replacement…read more He told me he uses a third party credit card processing service and to get on his schedule I would need to pay half the invoice. I did this right away and by mistake paid both halves. Brad showed up as agreed and did the grading portion of the job. The majority of the back yard is a steep hillside so it was important to me to get sod on it ASAP so the dirt would stop washing back down. Weather did not cooperate for a week or so and when it cleared up Brad told me he was coming to install the sod. He showed up and began as agreed. He told me later in the day he did not have enough sod to finish the yard and that he was planning on taking some time off. I told him no problem, just please get sod installed on the steep parts of the hillside so dirt could not wash down. He said ok. When I got home there was no sod installed on one of the steep slopes and only part of the other was covered. I also noticed large oil spots (12" diameter) in the dirt, on the street, in the driveway, on parts of my otherwise healthy lawn and in the very sod he had just installed. I would later find out this came out of his tractor and there is no way he was not aware it was happening. He told me he would be back thurs to finish but did not specify which one and I failed to ask. He did not show the following thurs and I ended up having to sod the steep hillsides myself. After looking over brad's work and all the oil he spilled into my yard I decided I did not want him to return to finish. I was polite when I informed him of this and he did not ask why. After going back and forth a little we came to an agreement on the amount of the refund since I had paid the entire invoice. I expected this to not take long and after two weeks and no refund I contacted him and got lame excuses. Another week and same thing. Another week and got a partial refund. I've decided to let my credit card company to handle it from here. So in summary, my experience with Bradley B Rose has been poorly installed, poor quality sod containing mostly weeds. Damage to my existing lawn, oil spots in the bare dirt, dead sod where oil leaked onto it and can't get a refund for unfinished work. Other than that he's a nice guy
