Not a studio but a shed like structure at the back of the garden - shabby, not very clean and cold. 2. Photos are dull due to the poor lighting in the studio. 3. No props available to use and photographer lacks imagination. 4. Our child who has autism called 'problem child' by the rude photographer. 5. Images shown on computer screen and photographer plays with them until you are happy but the image agreed is not what you are given. 6. Frames poor quality as metal bit to help photos stand fell off. Frame has also scratched my sideboard. 7. Made to order straight after shoot without any thinking time or private space to discuss as a family. 8. Made to pay in full on the day. No price list available or displayed - prices given off the top of photographer's head. 9. When I emailed my concerns twice, given standard response - "Please pop into the studio for us to look into this and rectify it for you many thanks Chris" 10. When I popped in sent away and told not made an appointment ring first. 11. Rang at least 10 times to arrange appointment and conveniently none available or refusal to answer my call. 12. When rang from a different number answered and put phone down. Replied via text "Really". Very unprofessional. 13. End Product worse than school photograph yet I was charged professional prices (such as Firefly/W W Winter/Venture) of £125 for 10 x 8 photo in a frame. We purchased 7. 14. Guaranteed after this review I will receive a standard reply to say call me to sort this out, which is what I have been doing!
