Came in for a haircut, Smitty did his thing, came home, realized he didn't cut any of my bushy eyebrows. I call Smitty's barbershop back, spoke with Smitty, and he says I forgot and you didn't remind me and hung up the phone. I called him back, (he said his phone got disconnected) and he said that best I can do is give you an appointment next week for the eyebrows. I asked if he can do earlier, considering it was his mistake that he missed trimming the eyebrows, he got defensive on the phone saying OK go elsewhere and hung up.
