NEVER to use them again. I use this because I was recommended by a friend. First they are not accurate in scheduling when to pick up the BBBox. Second, they let you wait the entire day.... by setting you aside....telling you that they are a little too far and will come on their way back to LA. Now the big issue is ..... Three of my boxes were picked second week of October 2018 These should be delivered at least (the most) before Christmas. Now it's 3 months already. I called so many times to follow up the status of my boxes. I'm losing my patience.....they are not even returning my calls. Are they still exist? What happened? Please let us know the status!!!!!!! FYI: By the way, I send another box to different company first week of November and my family received it already a week ago. Please advise at your very earliest convenience!!!! I like this company, has been using them for more than 5 years. Very good service and my pick up time was always on scheduled. So far only once, (I sent boxes about 3 times per year), was delayed. more than 60 days because of the Taiwan New Year's Celebration. read more

WIll NEVER use them ever. They were scheduled to pick up my balikbayan box this Saturday morning (9/16/17) and no one showed up. Around 11:20 am, I called their office at 818.908.0789 and the outgoing message said to call Jun, so I called Jun and he had the audacity to tell me to call or text Mang Pete. I was expecting hIm to say to me that "he's sorry and he will call Mang Pete" and find out what's going on and he will have Mang Pete get back to me asap. It's now 2:40 pm and still no word from either Mang Pete or anyone from Mercury Cargo Services. read more
