I explained my predicament that I was now late for a meeting - it's now raining too- and the lady understood. She was straight on the phone to find a driver for me, talking to me in between calls the whole time, showing complete empathy. However when we landed the company rang me and said the taxi was 15 minutes away as he had another job. Once we had our luggage I rang and was told he was 7 minutes away. However, on the app that I was tracking the driver, said he was minutes away. I rang twice more but was told the app was wrong and he was closer but that wasn't the case. The app told me when the driver was outside with the reg number that came to pick us up. This was after a 5 hour flight from Cyprus at 1.30 in the morning, with 2 elderly people, a disabled person and a child. Disgusting service. Will not use them again and would not recommend.

In all honesty, they've always been reliable and friendly at all times of day (and I've used them at some very obscure times - the sort of times you never even knew people could be awake at). Out of all the taxi companies in Sutton, they've usually worked out cheapest too - it usually costs no more than £15 for a taxi from the town centre into the city centre.
