It was going really slow, had viruses and also had a broken frame that was getting worse every time I opened and closed it ! ... It was falling apart ! I was really worried that it was beyond repair and I would have to get a new one .... I got in touch with Graham from First Computer Repair .. He came round to my house almost straight away ! He removed the viruses and unwanted programmes, repaired the display lid and frame..speeded up the computer and also, copied all of my pictures from my laptop onto a memory stick for me !
