I had an big work event coming up in Las Vegas, so I wanted to make sure that my lashes look great. I booked two appointments one as a trial, and then two weeks later the appointment I was going to need right before leaving to Las Vegas. When I arrived to my first appointment on June 10th, immediately after I walked through the door, Serena told me that she had been trying to get a hold of me because she had to reschedule my appointment. I was already there, so she went ahead and did my lashes. The whole time she was on the phone and dealing with her receptionist regarding a problem with her Internet provider and arguing about a charge to connect her business Internet. I was a little concerned that she was touching her phone, and my eyes while she was doing my lashes. Needless to say, it was not a relaxing experience at all. I considered canceling my second appointment but I had already paid the $50, and I had read other yelpers say that if you cancel that appointment you don't get your $50 back, so I decided to keep my appointment. The upside was that Serena did a great job, my lashes looked great and she was very fast. Serena texted me on June 14th to make sure I scheduled my refill, which I had already scheduled. I asked her to please make sure my next appointment did not get rescheduled because I had a big event the next day, she confirmed the appointment. (See text) My second appointment was on June 25th, When I arrived to the lash salon, in the parking lot I looked at my phone and saw I had an email from Serena saying she had to reschedule my appointment to Sunday. (See email). I walked into the lash salon, and Serena said my phone number was incorrect, and she was trying to get a hold of me to reschedule it. Even though, she had previously texted me, and I checked her online system, and my phone number was correct in the system. She did take me in and started working on my lashes. My lashes look beautiful; She did a great job, and she was very fast. However, she charged me an extra fee because she said that I didn't have a good retention, which is true, and not her fault. If you want fast, beautiful lashes, with good retention, and don't care about your appointments being changed on you every time, she's your gal. If you are a busy professional, your time is gold, and you need someone professional and reliable, then keep looking.

She put me down on the wrong date TWICE, no show me once and canceled me 30min before I was set to see her. I was so understanding at first until today when she totally screwed me over!!!! She cancels me because her boyfriend got arrested supposedly. I have been trying to get my lashes done since LAST Thursday, it's not Wednesday of the following week. She always came up with an excuse of why she had her dates wrong or why she can't keep my appt etc. I'm mostly upset because I had to scramble to find someone to do them today since I leave for a 4 day wedding in Sun Valley tomorrow morning. Not only that but my fill was more expensive now since I was past my 2 week mark. She didn't care about a thing!!!! At first she offered to Venmo me which I agreed to since she stood me up and HER no show policy is she charged 100% of the service so I figured yeah you can Venmo me since you no show me and late canceled me. I gave her time to make it right and she hasn't and probably was never going to actually Venmo me. DO NOT GO TO HER AND GIVE HER EVEN ONCE SECOND OF YOUR TIME . Horrible communication and I forgot to add when she no showed I was calling her and texting her because I could not find her business that I drove to from Boise to Nampa which was over 20min.

The bed where she told me to lie down had hair, grass and dander all over it. I tried to wipe it off but there was so much!! GAG. The whole experience was an exercise in what not to do when a client is in your spa. The girl who filled my lashes did not have clean hands. I could smell food as she did my lashes . (GAG 2) She kept checking her phone then took a 10 minute bathroom break!! Her personal hygiene left something to be desired. The whole experience was ghastly. I was there for 2 hours. It was anxiety provoking and I had a back ache when I left . is a matter of time before somebody gets an infection or gets sick. Do they not teach basic hygiene in beauty school? I will not be back.
