Bought a car from this company in winter 2012. Arranged a road test, everything seemed fine so came…read moreback to pick it up the next day. ON THE WAY HOME THE CAR LOST ALL POWER and speed as the turbo had died. This happened on the motorway. Managed to drive the car straight back the same day and arranged repair under the 3 month limited warranty. After weeks, was finally told the car had been "fully repaired and road tested" and that the correct part had been sourced and fitted. Picked up the car the next day and unsurprisingly, the exact same problem happened on the way home (probably had cheap, OLD PARTS thrown at it as Trophy is associated with the repair garage they use around the corner). Broke down on the hard shoulder during the heavy snow. Called the owner and after HANGING UP ON ME TWICE turned out he had been drinking and wasn't willing to help. Had to call a tow truck out at £140 motorway charge. Got refunded the car value but never going to see that £140!!!

Went in to find the car, having been dropped in at 08.30 as requested, had only just gone in for health check at 16.15 so a progress text is promised. I told them, if the car doesnt come out, ill need a car to get home and return tomorrow. I told them that this morning so they could make arrangements in time and I got, "We will cross that bridge when we come to it". I can guess what that means. I hope I can write again saying I was wrong but Im full of doubt about the service Im about to receive. Great car but very poor service provider so far!
