When we were finally able to flag her down (she was still having a side conversation about an associate's leggings while cashiering) she gave the two customers in front of me samples for having to wait and was rather rude to me and offered nothing for me standing there. This is why I only shop Ulta for 21 days of beauty otherwise I shop chains like sephora and Macy's where they are helpful and want my business. Update: I went back in today to get the 21 day of beauty deal and this time I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and asked by multiple associates if I needed help. The Manager was again having side conversations ( this time about how bad she wanted a diet fountain drink) but everyone else was really accommodating.
