Meritor is a political billion dollar company. They sub contract workers in all departments that isn't high in the totem pole. I worked their for 2 weeks and it wasnt a bad place to work, but to be specific, Joe Mason, and Nick Anderson sneak diss and throw everyone under the bus to their manager to make themself seem important when all they do is walk around, eat and criticize all employees. Their meetings are complete bullshit, everybody just talks shit and makes gay jokes. It's very unprofessional and the hype doesnt match what they promote. I was expecting an organized company with structure and all I got was another work place with a bunch of degenerates and heartless people. This company will sacrifice you to save their own ass in a heart beat. If you do decide to work here.. please keep searching for better opportunities in the meantime. To quote one employee who I actually like "were just a pesants". Meritor is on the downward spiral. I was their for 2 weeks and in my "training", there was a fire in the lab department.. harmful chemical inhalation.. and I was let go for following directions somebody else gave me that apparently broke some type of safety regulation. They set you up to fail. Honestly, I would rather work at McDonalds and I have 4-5 years of testing experience. If you want to be used, talked down to, and waste your time. This is the place for you! Hope this helps somebody make a good decision before they commit. Just trying to help out a fellow good hearted person because what they do there is plain disrespectful.
